Abstract

When seismic signals that defy the laws of physics are detected far beneath Antarctica's ice, biologist Emilia leads a research team to investigate. They find not an alien artifact but an ancient presence—dormant for millions of years—whose awakening is unraveling reality itself. Time slips, team members manifest eerie doubles, instruments record impossible geometries, and cause-and-effect begins to break down. As rationality collapses, the very frameworks humans rely on become cages: knowledge no longer protects but traps. The entity beneath the ice doesn't merely annihilate—what touches it is systematically erased from reality in ways beyond comprehension.
